Rooted in her lived experiences growing up between Scarborough and Durham, Elle is passionate about developing accessible, culturally grounded programs that support Black youth—especially those facing barriers in the healthcare, education, and STEAM fields. Fueled by her own challenges navigating these systems, she leads with vision—coordinating partnerships and grassroots initiatives that uplift the African-Caribbean community. Her mission is clear: to build equitable platforms that offer our youth the freedom to choose their future.
